Drop off/pick up procedures:

When dropping off and picking up, please “sign in/out” both electronically (computer in hallway, used for tracking billing) and in the classroom “sign in/out” roster. The classroom sign in/sign out sheet requires a full legal signature upon drop off and pick up, this is a state mandated requirement.

 

Pick up by someone NOT on your pickup list

If someone is going to be picking up your child(ren) that is not on the authorized pick up list please let the classroom teachers know and Dan Harrison, ASAP. They will be asked to show a valid driver’s License or form of picture ID at pickup. NO EXCUSES!

 

Requests for staying longer:

From time to time there are special requests and or emergencies that require a preschool camper(s) to stay longer than their schedule allows. Please let us know ASAP, as that we may need to adjust staffing, etc. Please notify Dan Harrison or the classroom teachers.
