Hello Summer Camp Families,

Thank you for registering for MP&MS Preschool Summer Day Camp! My name is Dan Harrison and I am the Preschool Summer Camp Director. I am so happy that preschool camp is getting closer every day, and I am looking forward to a GREAT summer full of fun, fun, and more fun. Firstly if you ever have any questions or need direct communication with me for ANY reason you can e-mail me at dharrison@mpms.org, and or give me a call ANYTIME on the preschool summer camp cell phone 415-902-7096. I would like to detail what is needed on your child(s) first day of camp.

New/returning MP&MS summer camp students

Parents will need to fill out a new parent packet (Reg. form, Parent report health form, physicians report health form, medicine/allergy form, parents rights, as well as personal rights forms). These forms are a Ca. State mandated requirement and must be returned and completed PRIOR to your child’s first day of camp. These forms need to be filled out every summer, even if you attended summer 2010. Forms are available for download on our camp website (http://www.mpmscamps.org/register/index.html).
